I'm not a huge fan of champagne, but a new study conducted by The University of Reading has me considering popping more bottles in the name of good health.

Apparently, lab rats who were plied with bubbly, performed better on simple memory tests than rats that were given a champagne restricted diet.

The study also suggests that a serving of three glasses of champagne per day, beginning in a person's 40's (I'm 42!) has been shown to have a positive impact on memory function.

SALUT!
