Charcuterie boards are so trendy right now and I am absolutely here for it. Honestly, I would be perfectly happy having cheese, crackers, fruit, and cured meat for dinner every night! It's delicious and filling and there are so many different things you can put on a charcuterie board so you never get bored with your board! (OH! That was a happy accident!)

Erica Stanford has been dreaming of owning her own business for a long time. She loved the idea of being a creator of beautiful masterpieces for others to enjoy at events. Her design/art background paired with her huge love of cheese made designing custom charcuterie boards the winning idea! What really inspired her to take the leap was a very close friend/neighbor was having a 50th birthday party so she put together a charcuterie board for the occasion. She had so much fun creating this work of art and it was right then and there she decided was going to pursue this as her career. Thus The C H A R 603 was born.

Right now she is just focusing on charcuterie boards but her ultimate goal is to partner with Fresh AF Bakeshop located in Kingston, New Hampshire, and have a food trailer that will offer charcuterie and sweets! If that is not a winning combination, I'm not sure what is!

If you have a birthday party, bachelorette, anniversary or just want to feel fancy on a Friday night, let C H A R 603 curate the perfect board or box for you!

Erica asks for your patience as she gets her website up and running. The best way to get in touch with her today is via email at or phone at 603-275-1173.

I love supporting local businesses and genuine people who are following their dreams! Best of luck on your new business venture, Erica! I can't wait to try one of your boards sometime soon. :)
