Do You Take a Lunch Break? Sarah and A-Train Get Hangry

There was a recent Forbes Magazine study claiming 22% of bosses think that any worker taking a lunch break is less hard working than those who don't. Sarah and A-Train get hangry just by discussing this phenomenon.

Thankfully, I've never had a supervisor that thought that the need to be nourished was a sign of weakness.

If I don't eat, my focus is non-existent and 'hangriness' is soon to follow.

I use this famous quote from the 70's TV show version of The Incredible Hulk whenever I've gone more than a couple hours without snacking. And it's very true.

Now, if you'll excuse me. It's the noontime hour and I must eat! I have to chow down before my eyes turn silver and my skin turns green.
