According to a recent WMUR-TV report, Sports Gambling could be a reality for The Garrison City.

If the resolution is approved, Dover will become one of ten cities that will have a 'Retail Location' equipped with sports gambling technology.

What can we expect from this?

It'll be run by The NH Lottery so, I'm envisioning a yellow automated kiosk at an existing place of business.

You'll probably be able to make the bets yourself by putting cash directly into the machine and select which ever team or point total (over/under) and your slip will be printed right there.

The current Keno 603 game is almost entirely automated with only the payouts handled by human interaction, so I can only assume that this is how you'll be able to bet sports here in the Seacoast.

From a personal standpoint, the idea of being able to put $10 on The Bruins to win me even money? At the 7/11? Or Smiley's?
