Enough with the Turkey! Bring on the Jerky!
Today is National Craft Jerky Day. I had no idea what that meant but apparently it's the highest quality jerky and making it really doesn't sound that difficult.
According to this gentleman from Food Wishes, it's as simple as 1) Marinate and 2) Dehydrate !
After three days of a turkey eating marathon, I'm certainly willing to try ANYTHING other than another turkey infused dish.
