The New Hampshire SPCA needs pet lovers to become pet life savers for the Paws Walk on Sunday, June 9, at Stratham Hill Park, 270 Portsmouth Ave, Stratham, NH.
Funds raised at this event will provide food, safety, critical medical care and a second chance at finding a home, for the thousands of homeless animals that come to us in need each year. It’s not too late to register today as a walker and join in this important effort. Those that can’t attend on Sunday can visit www.nhspca.org and register as a “virtual” walker or contribute to someone has already registered.
All walkers who raise $100 will be entered to win a vacation in Nashville, TN.
Over 50 vendors and exhibitors will be on hand offering wonderful local products for you and your pets. Throughout the day a terrific schedule of demonstrations will be going on and delicious food will be available. Guests will get the chance to meet some adorable adoptable dogs during the Dogs on the Catwalk segment, and if that’s not enough kids can enjoy face-painting, adopt a new stuffed animal pet from our Humane Education department and enjoy some delicious treats!
Times:
- 10:00 a.m. – Registration and Check In, Vendor Village Opens
- Doggie Demos and Contests throughout the day
- 12:00 p.m. – Welcoming Ceremonies, Dogs on the Catwalk
- 12:30 p.m. – Walk Begins
- 2:30 p.m. – Closing Ceremonies
