What’s Next For The Mall At Fox Run In Newington, NH?

This was the most expected, unexpected news about the Mall at Fox Run that has come out in recent weeks.

According to a Facebook post by Seacoastonline, the Mall at Fox Run will be demolished. A new commercial hub is expected to take it's place.

Newington is a Hidden Gem of the NH Seacoast

The Developers of the property, Torrington Properties, have a list of their projects in their portfolio. From what I can tell from the picture, it looks like the Newington property is listed as "Seacoast Landing."

There is one business that is in the Mall at Fox Run who told me in person that they have to find another location by January, 2026.

Many of the businesses listed on the website have "sale" attached to them.

Efforts to reach the Town of Newington's Town Planner, Gerald I. Coogan, have been unsuccessful at this time, but I'm sure he's being inundated with calls at the moment.
