Fall is in full swing, nights are getting chilly, and the moon will look very orange this weekend.

Get ready for a beautiful sight this weekend. An orange moon will hover over New Hampshire, peaking at dusk Sunday night. According to CBS 13, star-gazers will marvel at the October "Full Hunter's Moon." The moon will appear large and more orange due to the fact that it will be visible at the time of sunset.

Just because fall brings traditional hunting, the "Hunter's Moon" is not tied to the month of October. The name is given to whichever full moon comes after the "Harvest Moon," or the one closest to the autumn equinox in the Northern Hemisphere.

The "Hunter's Moon" is known as a moon illusion, which makes the moon appear larger near the horizon than when it's positioned higher in the sky, according to CBS 13.

Everyone's hoping for peak weather, and it looks great right now. According to weather.com, Sunday calls for sunshine, with clear skies at night. Sunset is 6:31 p.m. EDT
