Cornerstone VNA, a non-profit home healthcare agency servicing eastern New Hampshire counties, has been chosen as the month of June's beneficiary of their Hannaford Helps Reusable Bag Program.

“We are so pleased that Cornerstone VNA has been selected once again as a beneficiary of this great program. In addition to raising money for our organization, it’s also a wonderful opportunity to raise awareness about the important programs and services we provide in the communities we serve.” stated Erika Lee, Director of Advancement at Cornerstone VNA on their official site.

The program was developed to further Hannaford's belief in the value of giving back to the local community, and making it easy for customers to give back. Not only does the program benefit local non-profits, but also reduces waste by allowing customers access to bagging options besides the original paper or plastic. Good for both the environment and the community.

For each blue reusable "Good Karma" bag bought from the Dover Hannaford, located at 833 Central Ave., one dollar will be donated to help support Cornerstone VNA and their mission to provide great health and hospice care.

Cornerstone VNA currently services Belknap, Rockingham, Strafford, and Carroll counties, and has recently expanded to communities in York county, Maine. The agency's compassionate and skilled nurses provide home and health services including diabetes management, mental health nursing, maternal wellness, and a hospice program.

Congratulations to one of our Year of Service recipients.
