I finally got my car registration stickers last week. When I tried to put the two of them on my car, they would not stay put. So, like every other answer I need, I googled how to do this on the Internet. One website said to clean the plates first. I did that. It also instructed me to remove the older stickers. I tried with my fingers, and then with rubbing alcohol; but they wouldn't come off. There was also a suggestion about using a razor blade, but I don't have one.

I think they have lost their stickiness by now, so I probably need new ones, unless you have some tips for me. Would glue work? I really don't want to go back to City Hall and stand in line again. I paid enough already to register. (That is another blog entirely.) I do not want to have to pay for replacement stickers.

Your suggestions are welcome. You can weigh in below or on our Facebook page.
