I hate to say it, but I have seen more and more examples of used rubber gloves and masks strewn about the Seacoast area and one NH city is cracking down on it with fines.

According to this WMUR-TV report, Salem NH police are pleading with people to please stop throwing their masks and gloves in parking lots.

And this plea is not an empty one. If you are caught you could face up to a $1000 fine.

It's beyond just littering, which has always been a pet peeve of mine, here we are facing the worst pandemic in decades and people are possibly spreading even MORE germs than if they wore no protection at all?

How difficult is it to have a plastic shopping bag in your car to use as a receptacle?

I can only imagine the stress of working at an already overburdened grocery store and now you have to clean up befouled PPE throughout your parking lots?

Please exhibit some common decency and STOP DOING THIS.
