It’s National Julienne Fries Day!

For those of you of a certain age, you may remember the Veg-O-Matic commercials that spoke of slicing, dicing and Julienne? Come to find out, Julienne french fries look amazing AND today is their National Day!

I gotta think a little bit of apple cider vinegar or ranch dressing on these babies would be a culinary victory like none other.

This style of potato has been around for over 300 years so I think today's celebration is completely justified.

Be careful however, make sure you only Julienne the potato and NOT your fingers!
