It’s National Sourdough Bread Day! No Foolin’!

With the weather being very uncooperative on this first day of April, use cabin fever to your advantage and make sourdough bread!

I'll admit, this recipe is a little more difficult than the usual two or three ingredient concoctions that I post for your entertainment and edification. But the end result certainly looks worthwhile.
