New ‘Stuffed’ Burger Joint Opens in Old Orchard Beach, Maine

Located at 26 Old Orchard Street along the 'main drag', visitors to Old Orchard Beach will notice a new restaurant this summer called Stuffed. Their signage proclaims that they serve up "famous sealed burgers' and more.

Stuffed has a menu that includes breakfast sandwiches, cheesburgers, fried chicken sandwiches and gyros as well. They'll have lobster rolls and chicken wings as well but neither of those will be "stuffed".

What Exactly is a 'Stuffed' Sandwich?

If you've ever had an empanada, the sandwiches offered at Stuffed are similar to those. Whichever filled you choose, Stuffed skips a traditional bun and instead wraps that sandwich filling with puff pastry and a kick of heat to lock in all the flavor.
