Just Exactly How DO You Pronounce Plaistow?

Until I started working here at The Shark, I'm pretty sure I pronounced this NH city WRONG for almost 30 years. 

Even this YouTube video is kind of confusing because it offers 3 pronunciations that all sound slightly different.

The way it's supposed to be pronounced is 'Plass-toe'

Right?
