Lexie’s Joint Expands it’s Burger Empire to UNH

University of New Hampshire Wildcats everywhere will rejoice with this glorious news.

Thanks to this article in Seacoast Online, the 'Quiet Opening' of Lexie's Joint  isn't a secret anymore. It is now open at 10 Jenkins Court and is already really, really busy. The 'Phantom Gourmet' review will reveal why I'm so happy with this news.

The story of the battle for potato rolls is very funny and shows the lengths at which the ownership will go to provide the product they believe in. Their seasonal 'deck' location in Newington is really close to the radio station and is a favorite of mine as well as many of my fellow broadcasters.

It's so great to see the Lexie's 'empire' grow stronger and stronger!
