May 29 Literally an Exciting GameChanger For Massachusetts and Red Sox Fans Everywhere
May 29 is a Big Day in the Bay State
As of now, there are tickets available for full capacity Fenway Park to go to a Boston Red Sox game. Now, because restrictions are being lifted as of May 29 in Massachusetts, additional tickets have just been released for Memorial Day weekend, according to nbcboston.com.
What About Masks?
You don't have to wear a mask in Mass as of May 29, 2021. Can you imagine? No masks at Fenway! If you are unvaccinated, however, you are still encouraged to wear a mask.
How Many People Can Fenway Hold?
Fenway's full capacity is close to 38,000 people, according to mlb.com, so that will be a lot of people in very close proximity to you if you decide to go.
How Much Are The Tickets?
You can still buy tickets to see a Red Sox game for $42.00 per ticket. Considering how much the Patriots tickets are going for these days, that seems almost free. The most expensive ticket that I could find was $660 for Dugout Box 50. Still a mere fraction of what the Patriots are getting for tickets to Gillette for Brady's return.
Even after COVID-19 pandemic, there may still be a case made for wearing a mask. If you are sick, it might be a good idea to wear one, just as a courtesy for others.
Did you know, by the way, that you could get a private photo session at Fenway Park? It's true! If you have a special occasion that you want to celebrate and Fenway is part of that story, just click here for more information.
