New England Patriots Announce 2014 Schedule

The start of the 2014 football season may seem far away when looking at a calendar but it'll be here before you know it. All football fans know little morsels of excitement the NFL feeds us like the schedule announcement, NFL Draft, OTA's, etc.are just getting us closer to kick-off! Here is the 2014 schedule for our beloved New England Patriots.

Week 2: Sunday 9/14: 1:00PM at Minnesota Vikings

Week 3: Sunday 9/21: 1:00PM vs. Oakland Raiders

Week 4: Monday 9/29: 8:30PM at Kansas City Chiefs

*Week 5: Sunday 10/5: 8:30PM vs. Cincinnati Bengals

*Week 6: Sunday 10/12: 1:00PM at Buffalo Bills

*Week 7: Thursday 10/16: 8:25PM vs. New York Jets

*Week 8: Sunday 10/26: 1:00PM vs. Chicago Bears

*Week 9: Sunday 11/2: 4:25PM vs. Denver Broncos

Week 10: BYE WEEK

*Week 11: Sunday 11/16: 8:30PM at Indianapolis Colts

*Week 12: Sunday 11/23: 1:00PM vs. Detroit Lions

*Week 13 Sunday 11/30: 4:25PM at Green Bay Packers

*Week 14: Sunday 12/7: 8:30PM at San Diego Chargers

*Week 15: Sunday 12/14: 1:00PM vs. Miami Dolphins

*Week 16: Sunday 12/21: 1:00PM at New York Jets

*Week 17: Sunday 12/28: 1:00PM vs. Buffalo Bills

This year the AFC East plays will play the AFC West (Denver, Kansas City, San Diego, Oakland) and the NFC North (Chicago, Green Bay, Minnesota, Detroit). Other than the usual 6 games against their divisional teams, the Patriots play the Cincinnati Bengals and the Indianapolis Colts. This is a direct result of their first place finish last year.
