NH Railroad Fans Rejoice! Daily Rides Begin Saturday

Oh yeah! It FINALLY feels like Winter is over and two of the best family friendly rides in the entire Granite State are back for the Summer season!

According to this WMUR-TV piece above, both the Winnipesaukee Scenic Rairoad and Hobo Railroad will begin their weekend ride schedule on Saturday.

The Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad departs at The Meredith Station at 10:30AM this Saturday. It will be the first of three trips along the western shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. It makes a stop at Weirs Beach just a half hour later so you can hop aboard at 11AM, 1PM and 3PM.

I always get teased because of my "Eidetic Memory" but I swear the very first memory that is in those stacks and stacks of images and experiences is the train ride aboard this rail line that I took with my Nan and Gramp back when I was two years old!

Talk about memories will last a lifetime.
