Patriots Owner Likely to Get Another Win But This Time in Court

Well, it looks like Patriots owner, Robert Kraft, will likely have the charges against him dropped, according to a report from WCVB.

To refresh your memory, Mr. Kraft was among several other people who went to Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida.  (It's in a strip mall.... add your own joke here....)  While at the spa, Mr. Kraft was accused of paying for a little more than just a massage.  I'll let your imagination run wild with that one.

Apparently, Mr. Kraft and other people who were at the OOA, (Orchids of Asia)  were videotaped.  Well, you can't be videotaped without your permission for nothing.  You have to have suspicion of illegal activity in order to videotape, otherwise, you must have consent, so the video is not allowed to be entered as evidence, as was explained in this interview by CNN.  From what this guy says, Joseph Tacopina, there were people in various forms of undress, who legally got a massage and the police watched the videos to see if there was "criminality" going on.  Joseph Tacopina said in the video about the police, "... they let it rip," referring to the video surveillance.

Throwing out of this case is not only good news for Mr. Kraft, but also the other people that are involved with this case.  About 20 men, according tot he CNN report, are probably going to have the case dropped too.
