I'm a sucker for a good smoothie! They can be overpriced and I do own a blender. I could probably concoct my own smoothie creations at home.

However, it is scientifically proven that smoothies taste better when someone else makes them for you. That is something I believe to be true but I did just lie about the science part.

Now that I live in Portsmouth, I live within walking distance to several smoothie places.

What a blessing and a curse. On Sunday morning I woke up and said, I think I deserve a smoothie today! So I walked and got one. Why did I deserve it? Well, it was hot out.

I saw on Seacoast Online that one of my favorite smoothie spots, "The Juicery" has a new summer venture that sounds healthy, refreshing and delicious. It's a pop up Popsicle shop (okay, that is just fun to say) that offers "health forward" Popsicles!

They have flavors like Raspberry Mango, Lavender Lemonade, and Mango Ginger Sunshine. The paper state that most of these flavors are vegan and gluten free.

The next time i'm craving something sweet like cookie dough ice cream with rainbow sprinkles, I might just head to Juicery Pops instead for a guilt free sweet treat!

Juicery Pops is located at 51 Hanover St. in Portsmouth, with a pops menu featuring “fruity and decadent” flavors. There's a take out window so you can get safe, quick, outdoor service!  They are open daily  from 11:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.
