Here's a quick memory test for those of you who have attended The Rochester Fair every single year throughout your entire life as I have. What was the five-letter word that was once painted in big bold red letters on the back of the main building?

BEANO!

It wasn't a booth for the gas suppressing enzyme tablet either. Beano was the county fair precursor to Bingo and it was called that because they used dried beans to cover the squares instead of chips or ink.

I took this picture on Saturday at the third annual World's Largest Yard Sale and embellished it digitally through the use of Microsoft Paint.

It was a very successful event on Saturday, although it was dampened by a few rain showers and the very recent news of the Rochester Fair's 2017 cancellation.
