Sighting: Amazon Founder Jeff Bezos Ordering the iPhone Burger at a Joint in Cambridge, Massachusetts
He's the controversial billionaire (as most are), and the second-wealthiest person in the world worth $148 billion according to both Forbes and Bloomberg's Billionaires Index. And where did the Amazon founder and former CEO, Jeff Bezos, decide to grab a bite to eat while he was in the Boston area? At Mr. Bartley's Gourmet Burgers in Harvard Square in Cambridge.
According to Mr. Bartley's Gourmet Burgers, literally a true burger joint that's been around since 1960, Jeff Bezos stopped in for one of their burgers. Mr. Bartley's Gourmet Burgers even posted a photo on both Facebook and Instagram.
And get this, it was on the Mr. Bartley's Instagram post that Cambridge native Mindy Kaling from "The Office" and "The Mindy Project" replied to Mr. Bartley's Jeff Bezos post. How cool that she follows Mr. Bartley's on Instagram.
Note that in her reply I posted below, she says she's stopping in for a Mr. Bartley's burger in June!
By the way, Only In Bos on Instagram says Bezos ordered the iPhone burger, which has Boursin cheese, grilled mushrooms and onions, and served with sweet potato fries.
Sounds incredible. Now I'm going to be on the lookout for Mindy and Mr. Bartley's posting photos in June. I wonder what burger she'll order?
