The American Red Cross has shared a few tips for dealing with the heat.

Wear loose fitting, lightweight clothing and try to limit any strenuous activity.  Stay hydrated! Drink extra water today, even if you are not thirsty.  And please, please, please don't leave children or pets in a parked vehicle!
