Some Tips For Dealing With Hot Weather

(Concord, NH) - Temperatures are expected to hit the low to mid 90's later today and a heat advisory will be in effect from noon to 7 pm.

The American Red Cross has shared a few tips for dealing with the heat.

Wear loose fitting, lightweight clothing and try to limit any strenuous activity.  Stay hydrated! Drink extra water today, even if you are not thirsty.  And please, please, please don't leave children or pets in a parked vehicle!
