Taco Food Truck, TacoCat Coming to Kittery in May

I love a good food truck and now there is a new one, TacoCat, that I can try and so can you, coming to Kittery in May!

Not only do I love food trucks, but the story of this one is pretty cool too.  According to a report from Seacoast Online, Tacocat will be located adjacent to the mural building and will feature California Mexican tacos.

Barbara Jenny and her husband Matt had this space for quite a while and didn't really know what to do with it until they took a trip to Texas and saw all these food trucks serving delicious food out of a truck parked in a "crappy parking lot."  The idea to put a food truck, or several in that space was born.

For now, they are starting with chicken, shrimp, carnitas and mushroom and squash tacos.

According to the report, when the owners asked industry experts about what they thought of the idea, their response was, "getting too slammed."
