If you have been to Canobie Lake Park in Salem, New Hampshire, then you know they are always updating and changing things, from stage shows to attractions to food and even their haunted houses during their annual Screeemfest.

Change is not always a bad thing, and it seems like this year (2023), Canobie Lake Park is making quite a few changes, so I hope that you are ready!

One big change is that Canobie Lake Park will be getting a new attraction called Nebulaz, which will have you soaring high and low as you move up and down taking in all the amazing views of the water and the park.

Are you wondering what this ride does exactly? Well, here is a video you can watch so that you know what to expect when you go to Canobie Lake Park this year.

Now, it was not too long ago that Canobie Lake Park got rid of one of its upside-down rollercoasters, the Corkscrew, and honestly, that was a sad day. Luckily, Untamed is at the park to carb your upside-down needs. However, if you enjoy going upside down you will be excited to know there may be another loop-filled coaster coming to Canobie Lake Park according to Coaster Chit Chat.

Coaster Chit Chat posted on Facebook about all the updates that are coming to the Salem, New Hampshire amusement park, however, one big attraction seems to have been edited out of their post. Originally, Coaster Chit Chat claimed that there was a "double-loop [...] spinning coaster with a fox theme" to open in the park, however, this has since been deleted from their post. So, who knows, maybe we will see another upside-down coaster sometime in the future.

A new attraction (possibly two) is not the only thing that is changing this year at Canobie Lake Park.

According to Coaster Chit Chat, Canobie Lake Park will be taking over food service operations at the park starting this season. Does this mean that the menu may change? Honestly, I am unsure, however, it is safe to assume that they will still have a lot of the same foods.

It was also announced that High Flying Canines will be performed three times a day on the Midway Stage this summer. If you haven't seen the High Flying Canines, here is a video for you to get an idea of what you can relax and watch this summer.

There is one attraction that you may not see much longer at Canobie Lake Park. Coaster Chit Chat also mentioned that the park's Tall Timber Splash water ride is scheduled to be removed this off-season.

All in all, there are a lot of changes going to happen this season at Canobie Lake Park, however, family fun is still guaranteed.

Canobie Lake Park is scheduled to open on Saturday, May 20th.
