According to the description on the video page, Kimball Castle was owned and occupied by Benjamin Ames Kimball, a railroad mogul. He passed away in 1920.

The castle is on Lockes Hill on Lake Winnipesaukee with 20.1 acres of lakefront land. The website, created in 2007, says the Kimball Castle has been approved for hotel development, so if you have the bucks, it would certainly be a nice spot, can't beat the incredible views!
