Tropical Treat For This Unseasonably Warm New England Winter

It's National Coconut Torte Day! If you're anything like me, you're saying, "What in the blue blazes is that?",well, I think you'll be very happy if you investigate further.

I've searched through quite a number of delicious looking versions of this decadent recipe and ironically the most delicious looking one is this Vegan concoction on the video above. I don't mean to be dismissive of Vegan cuisine but I've had some bad experiences in the past. This torte appears to be the exception that proves the rule!
