Wednesday Workout: Unassisted Chin-Ups?
Thanks to Fit Body Transformations in Brentwood for giving me the strength to do chin ups for the first time since 2nd grade. (1980?) They may not be perfect but an example of one is embedded here in case you have to see it to believe it.
Four sets of 5 of these babies really make you work up a sweat. (Even though last couple were kind of .6 ish) My next goal is to keep my feet off the ground the entire time and hang there while I do a set of 5. I have no clue how long this will take but when it happens, you know I'll brag/post about it right here!
