Allenstown NH Burglar is as Frightening as He is Ridiculous

I can't stop watching this actual video of a burglary captured by a surveillance camera in Allenstown, NH. The mask and tiptoeing routine looks so ridiculous, yet he is still at large.

As you will see, he managed to steal a purse from this home and get away clean using this cartoon-ish method.

The footage is so clear that I have to think, despite his hat and burglar mask (I've never seen one used for this purpose in non-fiction), someone will recognize this person.
