According to WMUR.com, UNH sports law professor, Michael McCann, has designed a 4 credit course on 'Deflategate' that will be available to take during the fall term.

I think I have already had my fill of 'Deflategate' information, but I bet this would be a very interesting class. Here is the course description from the UNH website:

This course is not about deflated footballs. Instead, it is about the interplay between those footballs -- along with numerous other sports things -- and the legal, regulatory and journalistic systems governing sports. Students in Deflategate learn about crucial areas of law that relate to sports and the methodologies used to practice in relevant fields. Students also gain valuable instruction on core journalism methods and their applications to a sports story attracting national headlines. The course concludes with an application ot methodologies in law and journalism to Deflategate.

I imagine there will be some very heated debates in this class. I think it's great that professors are designing courses based on current events. However, I never imagined 'Deflategate' would actually become a subject studied in a college classroom. Although at this point I could certainly use the education on the subject.
