Dover MA Doctor Charged With Wife’s Murder

How do I KNOW this is going to end up on 20/20 or Dateline in the coming weeks?  This is an unbelievable story and it seems, unfortunately, so common.

According to a story from WCVB, Ingolf Tuerk, 58 years old, of Dover, Massachusetts is being arraigned today for the murder of his wife, 45 year old Kathleen McLean.  Her remains were found not far from their home in Dover, Mass.

This is going to be one of those stories that we see on 20/20 or Dateline.  I kind of hate to admit it, but my husband and I are very intrigued by those shows and I hate to say it, again... but it's ALWAYS the husband.

The accused doctor, according to the report, says that in November of 2019, he agreed to pay $150,000 in a settlement after he was accused of falsely billing MassHealth for equipment that wasn't being used.

I always question how couples get from loving each other to wanting to kill each other.  How does that happen?  I have heard and you probably have too that there's a thin line between love and hate and with stories like this, it's easy to believe that.

At this point, the husband is just being arraigned, however, if he is found guilty, the families lose two loved ones, not just one.
