‘Dump Trump’ Protests Soar, Will ‘The Donald’ Host SNL?

As we are closing in on the weekend, the protests against Presidential Candidate Donald Trump have reached a fever pitch as petitions are being signed and served to NBC begging them to pull 'The Donald' from his 'SNL' hosting duties Saturday night.

This evening, according to the National Hispanic Media Coalition, protesters representing groups including MoveOn, the Hispanic Organization Of Latin Artists, the Justice League and the National Association Of Latino Independent Producers will gather in front of the Comcast building at 30 Rockefeller Plaza for what’s being billed as an “SNL Dump Trump Rally.” Organizers say they will presentNBCUniversal and Saturday Night Live executive producer Lorne Michaels with 460,000 signatures on a petition asking them to rescind Trump’s invitation to host the program this Saturday night.

If our history tells us of any indication of our future, which it almost always does, not only will Mr. Trump host Saturday Night Live, it will garner 'uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuggggggggeeeeeeeeeeee' ratings.

I can recall Andrew 'Dice' Clay's episode in 1990 aired despite massive protests and it had substantial ratings in all the key demographics.

I believe Mr. Trump's quote on the matter will prove true when all the Nielsen Data is collected.
