Football Food Pick of the Week: King Ranch Chicken Casserole

Patriots take on the Cowboys this week so it's time we tackle Dallas' very own King Ranch Chicken Casserole.

Anything with chicken and cheese followed by the word casserole is good in my book. And lets be honest, everybody else feels the same way.

This looks to be a simple recipe that packs a punch, and it also travels well in case you're not hosting this week's football party.
