Just because I'm trying to cut down on calories doesn't mean I can't stuff a grilled cheese sandwich with a bunch of yummy ingredients. This disastrous looking picture of a pair of grilled cheese were delicious and fairly low in calories.

Sorry it's a bit blurry but I think I was shaking in anticipation of devouring them.

Ingredients (For One Sandwich)

2 - Pieces of 100% Whole Wheat Bread
1 - Fried Egg (over easy)
3 - Pieces of High Quality White American Cheese
2 - Pieces of Turkey Bacon
1/2 Avocado

Directions

In one pan, make a standard grilled cheese sandwich. In another pan, fry the egg over easy alongside the turkey bacon. When the grilled cheese is done, pull it apart using a paper towel (you'll burn your hands otherwise). I put in the slices of avocado first to keep them from falling out THEN the egg THEN the bacon. Mash together the best you can and enjoy!

One entire avocado is difficult to fit into just two sandwiches, so do the best you can.
