For the next three weeks, my 'August' diet will consist of only the following things. Fresh locally picked NH peaches, nectarines, apples and a variety of plums. However, these delicious fruits always leave me with an intense craving for steak calzones.

And if you are asking, "How come the box is closed?", well, that is because I already ate the steak calzone before I thought of documenting the two most essential ingredients of the 'August' diet.
