Help Catch Accused NH Sexual Predator Who Assaulted a Child

Seabrook PD is looking for assistance in locating Douglas Blinn. He is accused of felonious sexual assault on a minor. The man is reportedly most likely in New Hampshire or Northern Massachusetts.
