Jeff Bauman And Jake Gyllenhall To Throw Out Ceremonial First Pitch On Patriots Day

The Red Sox have announced that Jeff Bauman and Jake Gyllenhall with throw out the ceremonial first pitch on Patriot’s Day at Fenway Park. Boston plays Toronto.

Jeff Bauman lost both of his legs in the Boston Marathon bombing three years ago and was able to assist authorities in identifying the ones responsible.

Jake Gyllenhall will be joining Jeff on the mound, he will play Bauman in an upcoming movie entitled, ‘Stronger,’ which is a best-selling book that Jeff wrote.

Bauman threw out the ceremonial pitch last year as well. Pregame ceremony starts at 10:30AM, game time 11:05AM.
