Some good tips in here, and when he says ALL of the meat, he means ALL of the meat!

I can't wait to grab some lobsters and try out some of these techniques. I never use any tools when I 'de-meat' my lobster, but I will definitely try the scissor and rolling pin tricks. I'm not even sure if I have ever eaten the meat from the legs, looking forward to that as well, apparently it's some sweet meat.
