The Hillsborough County town avoids Oliver's wrath, and is actually complimented, in this segment on the country's 'Special Districts.'

If you're familiar with how Last Week Tonight with John Oliver works, you know it doesn't hold back when roasting anything or anyone. In this case, Litchfield is actually given props on how their local government operates. Sort of.

Although it looks quite silly to see two grown men running a supposed meeting for a Mosquito Control special district with NO ONE PRESENT, you do have to commend them for following the rules.

Oliver's reference to these two guys staying at a red light for 6 hours in the middle of the night is spot on.
