The Granite State ranks number 3 in America's Top-10 Food Friendly states.

There are unique stats that show how 'food friendly' each particular state might be.

The folks who put this ranking together used data such as food accessibility, farmer's markets per capita and frequency of food borne illnesses.

New Hampshire has many things in it's favor for a survey like this. Authentic seafood, local brews, many chefs working along side local farmers and of course maple syrup.

New Hampshire also boasts the third most number of restaurants per one million inhabitants. And doesn't it seem that most of them are in Portsmouth?
