The NH House of Representatives on Tuesday approved a bill to make marijuana legal for adults.

According to a press release from The Marijuana Policy Project, the bill makes possession of 3/4oz of weed legal for adults 21 years of age or older. If you want to grow your own, adults could legally grow three mature and three immature plants.

A recent poll from UNH last spring found that 68% of those surveyed in NH were for legalizing marijuana.

The release states the bill will now move to the Senate, and given a public hearing before being voted on by the full Senate.
