(Manchester, NH) - NH Department of Transportation officials say a transformer  "supermove" will mean a traffic slowdown starting just after midnight.

Weather permitting, this 500-thousand pound transformer is scheduled to leave the Pan Am Railroad yard on Elm Street in Manchester and make the 24 mile journey to the Eversource substation in Deerield.

The oversize load will travel on I-93, Route 27 in Hooksett, Route 43 in Candia and Deerfield and Route 107 in Deerfield.

The move, rescheduled from Monday due to the weather, is expected to be completed by 2 pm Tuesday.
