Overdose Call Leads To Drug Arrest

(Rochester, NH) - A Rochester man faces several drug charges after police were called for a reported overdose in a vehicle.

Police were called just before 1:30 this morning and found 22 year old Hector Guzman at Rochester Crossing on Washington Street.

Police charged Guzman with possession of Heroin and Marijuana, Possession With Intent To Distribute and Falsifying Physical Evidence.

He was held in lieu of 5-thousand dollars cash bail pending a court appearance.
