Football season is back! The Pats opened the preseason with a 34-22 victory against the Saints last night.

Jimmy G. started and played the entire first half. He looked alright, certainly didn't light it up, but was solid. He was 11 of 18 for 168 yards.

Jamie Collins had a 43 yard interception for a touchdown, Tyler Gaffney had a 44 yard touchdown run in the 3rd quarter.

Trey Flowers forced quarterback Luke McCown to fumble, recovered the ball and ran it in for a score in the fourth quarter.

Overall, a pretty good first preseason game for the Pats, unfortunately, rookie wide receiver Malcolm Mitchell dislocated his elbow and will miss 3-6 weeks.

Oh yea, check out the cheerleaders spelling 'BRADY' on the field, sweet!
