Pen Spinning Tutorial is Very Calming…Trying to Do it is Infuriating [VIDEO]

I had no clue that pen spinning was such an involved discipline. And I appreciate the calming and encouraging manner that the instructor puts forth in this tutorial. WARNING: Do not try to spin your pen like this until the video is over...you may hurt someone or yourself.

I'll finish this with another WARNING: Do not try to spin your pen this way if you are not coordinated and are easily given to fits of rage. My attempt is currently burning up Facebook and I'm too embarrassed to link it.
