After nearly 146 in business, The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus will give their last performance in May.

CEO of Feld Entertainment, the company that runs the circus, Kenneth Feld says "there isn't any one thing", but instead a "perfect storm" of events, including battling with animal rights groups.

It was just last year that Ringling Bros. ended their elephant show due to pressure from animal rights groups.

Granite Staters have one last chance to catch the circus before the tent comes down. Ringling Bros. will pull the circus into the SNHU Arena on April 21-23.
