When Oxford Casino opened 'Ox Pub' late last year, my favorite salad on planet Earth disappeared! Now it's back!

It is just called 'Chopped Salad' but it should be called 'Nirvana' or perhaps 'Heavenly Awesomeness'.

It has everything a salad should have IMHO. Grilled chicken, fresh greens, tomatoes, avocado, hard boiled eggs, bacon, blue cheese crumbles AND they mix in the perfect amount of ranch dressing as well.
