In an interview at Boston.com, Tom and Giselle's private chef, Allen Campbell, spills the beans as to what TB12 likes to eat on any given day.

According to Campbell, a lot of the menu consists of vegetables.

"So, 80 percent of what they eat is vegetables. [I buy] the freshest vegetables. If it’s not organic, I don’t use it. And whole grains: brown rice, quinoa, millet, beans. The other 20 percent is lean meats: grass-fed organic steak, duck every now and then, and chicken. As for fish, I mostly cook wild salmon."

80% vegetables? Okay, that would NEVER be my choice, but I was heartened to see that Tom doesn't eat tomatoes, mushrooms or eggplants. I can't stand them either.

So except for Tom being a superior athlete, having a beautiful wife and children, and having a few more dollars than me, I'm psyched to see we have a lot of our food tastes in common. I see a 'hang' with Mr. Brady in my future.
