Traffic Heads Up For I-95 In Hampton On Thursday Night

It's due to work associated with the bridge over the Taylor River in Hampton and Hampton Falls.

Weather permitting, this construction will take place on the northbound side on I-95 on Thursday night beginning at 8pm.

According to a statement from the NHDOT:

Weather permitting, traffic patterns on I-95 northbound will be altered on the night of Thursday, December 3rd. The current four lanes from Mile Marker 3.0 to Mile Marker 4.0 will be temporarily split, with two lanes directed into the median diversion, and two lanes and off-ramp to the NH State Liquor Store remaining in the existing alignment. In approximately two weeks, all four through lanes will then be directed into the median. In approximately four weeks, the off-ramp will be moved into the median diversion. Access to the Liquor Store will be maintained at all times during their normal business hours.

Well thank goodness we'll have access to the liquor stores during the construction. Priorities.
